Terms of business
These conditions define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning goods offered on the Bubblechic.hr website. The seller of the goods offered on this page is Bubblechic.hr, and the buyer of the goods is a visitor to the online store who chooses at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller. All listed prices are retail and include VAT.
Registration
The customer can register on the Bubblechic.hr website. During registration, the customer is asked to enter his own e-mail address and password. The customer does not need to be registered in order to buy items through the online store. Ordering goods. Goods are ordered exclusively via the electronic order form; basket. The customer is required to enter contact information and provide their own and delivery address in order to complete the ordering process. Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in situations where the opposite is indicated on the page. All orders received on Fridays after 4 pm or on holidays will be processed on the first following business day. Upon execution of the order, the Customer will be notified by e-mail about the receipt of the order. If payment by wire transfer is chosen, the buyer should make the payment to the Seller's account within 3 working days at the latest according to the payment information specified in the confirmation email. If payment by credit card is chosen, the customer's credit card is charged for the total amount of the order when the goods are sent by courier service.
In case of cancellation of the order when the ordered goods have already been sent, the Customer will be charged the delivery cost in the amount of €6 (VAT included). The customer is obliged to pay the specified amount to the giro account of the company Bubblechic.hr within 7 days of receiving the delivery invoice. The invoice for the cost of delivery will be issued to the Customer at the delivery address he/she entered during the order.
Payment of goods
PAYMENT BY COLLECTION If you chose cash on delivery, after receiving the order and confirming it, we will send the shipment to your contact address, and when you collect the shipment from the delivery person, you must pay a ransom in the value of the ordered items including VAT + the amount of delivery costs. International shipping does not support cash on delivery.
PAYMENT BY GENERAL PAYMENT ORDER OR INTERNET BANKING - If you want to pay through your online banking, contact us by e-mail. You will receive a reply with the necessary information within 24 hours.
PAYMENT BY VIRMAN (COMPANY) After placing the order, within 24 hours we will send you an offer via the email you specified when ordering. You pay for the ordered goods according to the offer within 24 hours, and upon receipt of payment the ordered goods will be sent to your address.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS

Exchange of goods Exchange of goods is possible for all items within 14 working days of receiving the shipment. The request for exchange of goods must be sent together with the goods and a copy of the invoice to the address that we will send you by e-mail. The customer chooses whether he wants to exchange the product for the same product in a different size or color, or for a completely new product. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to the seller. Return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day when you sent us your decision to exchange the goods. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods that is the result of handling the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. If the returned goods are undamaged (the original labels have not been removed, they are in the original packaging), the customer is sent a product of a different size or color or a completely new product. If the value of the replacement item is less than €66.36, the Customer will be charged a postage cost of €5 for sending the replacement item. If the value of the replacement article is higher than €66.36, the Seller assumes the cost of sending the replacement article. If the goods are not in proper condition, if the labels have been removed, if they are not in the original packaging or if they have been worn, replacement is not possible. If the new product is of greater value than the first purchased product, the Buyer is obliged to pay the difference during the next collection of the goods. If the value of the new product is lower than the first purchased, the Seller is obliged to refund the difference to the Buyer within 30 days by payment to the buyer's account. We will consider the complaint as valid if, after examining the product, we determine that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Obligatory Relations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
